Marinate for
Arracheras:
2
tblspn. chopped fresh ginger
1
clove garlic minced
2
tablsp. brown sugar
1
tspn. hot red chile flakes (or you can use bottled hot sauce)
¼
cup dry white wine
¼
cup olive oil
Remove all the fat from the arracheras, mix all the above ingredients and place
inside a plastic bag with the meat. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight turn
the bag in the morning and then cook after noon time or at night.
